 COWAN CREEK GOLF COURSE TO OPEN THIS YEAR

\Here in Sun CIty Texas, the premier retirement area in the country, they have announced that the new Cowan Creek Golf Course will be opening for play before the end of this year.

We have two open now and Cowan Creek will make three.

Legasy Hills Golf course and White Wing Golf Course are continuing play throughout the year.

We have here a lot of Outdoor facilities; Horticulture Community Gardens, an open air Pavilion and Lakeside Park, miles and miles of Nature Trails, and soon there will also be a fishing pond.

 Not only the homes, here in Sun City Texas by Del Webb, but also the people you meet and great on a regular basis make this an ideal place to retire.

INCREASE IN ACTIVE ADULT FACILITIES

In accord with it's rapid growth, (from 5,000 to 7,500 rooftops) the main facilities are in the process of being expanded.

The third 18 hole golf course is being readied for its Fall 08 opening. The Pottery and other Arts workshops are being expanded. Tennis and Bocci Ball courts are being added, Billiards is getting it's own building, and the fourth pool is being built.

In addittion, a Ball field will be built along with an "off leash" dog park and and a full sized fishing lake.

This is just a few of the ammenities being expanded in expectation of Sun CIty growth.
